CaPOS is a Point of Sale (POS) solution for sales and business management. This manual helps new users understand every major feature and how the daily store flow works.

One application for sales, purchasing, stock, people, money, and reports — with an optional online store.
2. 3 steps to start
Follow these three steps after installing the app — then complete setup so you can sell.
- Download Apps Install CaPOS on your Android phone or tablet.
- Create Account Register with store name, phone, email, and password.
- Start & Manage better Add categories and products, then make your first sale. Optionally pair a Bluetooth printer.
3. Basic features (full list)

Point of Sale (POS)
Cashier cart to sell products quickly — search, tap, or scan.
Wholesale / Purchase
Buy stock from suppliers (kulakan) and update inventory.
Expense

4. Sales / POS flow
The heart of CaPOS: serve customers fast and leave a clean record.
- Open Sales From Home, start a new cashier session.
- Scan or search Use barcode scan or product name.
- Build cart Adjust quantity and discount if needed.
- Choose payment Cash, non-cash/QR, or debt with a customer.
- Finish Print on Bluetooth printer and/or share the digital invoice from Transactions.
5. Products, variants & barcode
Easy product management using categories, variants, and barcodes.
Product management
Create items with buy price, sell price, stock, photo, and optional online flag.
Use Product categories so cashiers find items faster.
Product barcode
Enter or scan a barcode when adding/editing a product.
Later, scan the same code in Sales, Wholesale, or Orders to add the item instantly.
Product variant
Create variants (size, color, packaging) when one product has multiple SKUs.
Store QR Code (Premium)
Different from product barcode: Store QR opens your online store link for customers.
6. Payments, debts & expenses
Cash / non-cash / debt payment
At checkout, choose how the customer pays. Debt (piutang) needs a saved customer.
Payable / Receivable
Receivable = customer debts. Payable = supplier debts from wholesale purchases.
Expense
Log rent, utilities, transport, and other costs so finance reports reflect real profit.
Wholesale / Purchase
Record stock-in from suppliers; stock and payables update together.
7. Transactions & shareable digital invoice
Every sale becomes a transaction you can reopen, print, or share.
Transaction History
Open a sale → Print (Bluetooth) or Share (digital invoice image to WhatsApp and other apps).
Shareable / downloadable invoice
CaPOS creates a receipt image you can share or save from the Android share sheet. Ideal for sending proof to customers instantly.

Customer management
Keep contacts for repeat buyers and credit sales.
Supplier management
Link wholesale purchases and payables to the right vendor.
Employee management
Add cashiers/staff. Free: limited seats. Premium: up to 5 employees.

13. Tips for new users
First week focus
Categories → top 20 products with barcodes → test cash sale → test share invoice → add 1 staff if needed.
Barcode not found
Re-open the product and confirm the saved barcode matches the package exactly.
Need online store
Upgrade Premium, mark products online, then share Store QR / link.
Need help
